The Farm
The Farm features an innovative menu that focuses on regionally sourced ingredients. This rustic, yet refined restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining and features a welcoming lounge with an amazing selection of wines. Located in Canyons Village, The Farm is a farm-to-table, market-driven eatery with creative seasonal American menus, a rustic-chic look, and an elegant bar. The Farm was named one of “Utah’s 25 Best Restaurants” in 2015 and “Best New Restaurant” in Utah in February 2012 by Salt Lake Magazine. At The Farm, you’ll find fresh, prepared-from-scratch, sustainably-raised fare. Whenever possible, we strive to source from local farms and purveyors.

Red Tail Grill
Red Tail Grill guarantees unrivaled mountain views from Canyons Village. Serving traditional tap house fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Red Tail Grill is the perfect gathering spot for family-friendly dining. Its selection of beer and specialty cocktails blend well with the large outdoor deck, creating a great dining experience after a day in the mountains. Located in the Grand Summit Hotel on level 2 facing the Orange Bubble Express and the Ski Beach, and open daily for breakfast from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, lunch from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and dinner from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Reservations are recommended for parties over five.

Legacy Lodge - Legends Bar and Grill, Jupiter Java, and The Legacy Cafe
Located on the ground floor of the Legacy Lodge at the base of the PayDay Express, Legends features gastropub cuisine, plus a bar menu that features local brews, spirits, wines, and specialty cocktails. On the same level, you can find Jupiter Java for Starbucks coffee and grab-and-go items, open daily from 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM. Located on the second floor of Legacy Lodge, Legacy Café is open daily from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, serving lunch from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The Legacy Café features breakfast, a gourmet salad bar, an Asian Noodle Bar, and a full grill menu.

High West Distillery
After a long day on the slopes, cruise to the bottom of Quit ‘N Time ski run to experience The High West Distillery & Saloon, the world’s only ski-in distillery and gastro-saloon. This singular craft spirits specialist offers some 13 small-batch bourbon and rye variations (and vodka too!) paired with delectable Southern-style pub fare.

Murdocks Café
This communal setting offers a fast and fresh menu for guests looking for a relaxed ski dining experience. From coffees and cocoas to pizza, salads, soups, and sandwiches, Murdock’s focuses on familiar crowd-pleasing grab-and-go favorites. Open for breakfast from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, lunch from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and dinner from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Drafts Beer and Burgers
The new menu selections at Drafts Burger Bar, or DBB as the locals have affectionately begun to refer to it, are complemented by an extensive selection of draft and bottled beers, specialty microbrews, a comprehensive wine list, and a wide array of specialty cocktails from the fully stocked bar. DBB also offers seven varieties of bone-in or boneless chicken wings, salads, and sides like chili cheese fries and tatchos (tater tot nachos). In addition, Drafts Burger Bar offers heated patio dining on a wraparound deck with slope-side views of the Park City Mountain Resort from the base of the ski mountain and high-definition flat-screen TVs. A children’s menu is also available. All of Drafts’ handcrafted monstrous burgers are locally sourced, giving diners the most Park City local feel possible. DBB is open daily from 7:30 AM to 11 PM.

Harvest
At Harvest, we love three things - food, coffee, and people. For us, a meal goes way beyond sustenance. It’s more than eating and drinking, and it’s bigger than taste and flavor. It’s about provenance, seasonality, creativity, and connection. Whether you’re eating light, fueling for a big day on the slopes, or looking to indulge a little, you’ll find something on our menu that’s perfect for you. And if you’re just popping in for a coffee, you can be sure it’s a good one. Harvest is open daily for breakfast and lunch.

Bistro
Known as the only kosher restaurant at a ski resort in North America, Bistro is a Kosher Deli that serves a variety of deli sandwiches, salads, and hot pasta dishes. Bistro Sabbath meals are available for pre-order and must be ordered before Wednesday by 5:00 PM on the same week the meal is needed. Please call (855) 444-5674 for Sabbath dinner orders and information. Murdocks Café, located in Canyons Village, will have kosher sandwiches available for purchase daily.

Edge Steakhouse
Edge Steakhouse delivers a cutting-edge culinary experience that takes the traditional American-style steakhouse to a new level. Our world-class culinary team, led by award-winning Chef Wayne Christian, has crafted a unique menu that blends traditional steakhouse favorites with a scrumptious array of specialty appetizers, creative entrees, and innovative side dishes. The foundation of the menu is our outstanding selection of entrees, including top-quality USDA Certified Prime Aged Beef, Wagyu Beef, wild-caught fresh fish, and seafood that’s flown in daily. Our restaurant is also committed to supporting locally sourced and organically grown produce. A full bar with specialty drinks and a great selection of domestic, international, and local beers, as well as one of the largest and most comprehensive wine lists in Park City.
