Stowe Village
The well-preserved and thriving Stowe Village retains the charm of its historic role as a market town. Visitors can explore iconic buildings such as the Akeley Memorial Building, Vermont Ski and Snowboard Museum, Helen Day Arts Center, Stowe History Museum, and the Stowe Historical Society’s one-room schoolhouses, which provide enriching experiences for all ages. As guests travel northwest on VT Route 108 (Mountain Road), they encounter a bustling area lined with hotels, motels, shops, restaurants, art galleries, and other tourist attractions. Stowe Village is a 15-minute drive from Stowe Mountain Resort.
