The academy offers Adult, Children, and Family Lessons, with options like Private Lessons, Platinum Lessons, and Ultimate 4 Lessons, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience for all.

For the ultimate VIP experience, Northstar's Platinum Guide offers attentive, certified instructors and exclusive privileges. Our Platinum Concierge takes care of every detail so you can focus on skiing or snowboarding. Choose from Full Day or Multi-Day options for both Ski and Burton Academy experiences, and enjoy a seamless, all-access journey on the mountain.

Maximize your time on the slopes with Northstar's Private Lessons. With undivided attention from highly trained and certified coaches, you'll enjoy a personalized day that focuses entirely on your skill progression and goals. Private Lessons are available for adults, children, and families, with options for Half Day (AM or PM) or Full Day sessions. These lessons are available for both Ski and Burton Academy (Snowboard).

Kids Ultimate 4 Lessons: This 4-to-1 child-to-instructor lesson provides an ideal setting for young skiers to enhance their skills in a small, fun group environment. Instructors are matched with children based on age and ability, ensuring a comfortable and effective learning experience.

Whether you want to move beyond green runs or master moguls, Ultimate 4 Lessons are a fantastic way to improve your skills in an enjoyable group setting.

The Explorers Program at Northstar allows children to progress over multiple days with the same instructor, forming a strong bond between student and teacher. This personalized experience offers one-day, two-day, or three-day full-day outings, with the consistency of having the same instructor to reinforce the skills learned each day.

Northstar guarantees that your child will be skiing confidently after three consecutive days of lessons—or the fourth lesson is free! With the guidance of our world-class children's ski school, your child will be ready to explore the mountain confidently. By the end of the third day, children aged 7-12 will be skiing in control on green runs, while ages 5-6 will be skiing in control off of the Big Easy Chairlift. If your child doesn't achieve these goals, their fourth lesson is on us!
